Building your own company culture, supported by your own values is incredibly difficult when 100% focus is on customer success and on top of this we are a remote organisation. However, we are starting to set a new standard for what a great place to work looks like. We set an extremely high bar for people who want to join Ikigai, it's hard to get in. A core value of Ikigai is Mastery. Most of the team are not traditional consultants as most join from a previous endeavour of building a new bank and are close to being masters at their own field. This is what sets our people and business apart from other consultancies. Our focus is narrow but deep.
